South African born Author, personal brand strategist, public speaker, and business coach for women in business. I'm obsessed with helping aspiring authors, emerging coaches, women coaches & consultants and service professionals fully own their message, embrace their calling , build their personal brand and grow their coaching business.
Let's just say, I'm a woman whose had the privilege to coach leaders for over a decade now and I've enjoyed teaching hundreds of women in business how to access their true potential, expand their marketing & business skills, grow in leadership and personal branding through strategic leadership coaching and personal development programs.
Women in business, aspiring coaches, service professionals and consultants come to me when they're looking to elevate their leadership performance, establish authority, grow their personal brand and package their expertise in a non-fiction book. When we work together, I help you craft your message, expand your strategic development initiatives, grow your brand and advance your career growth. MY STORY
I found my calling when I chose to believe in my dreams and my self-worth. In 2005 I left my home country South Africa with no money in my pocket, to pursue a dream to live abroad. Years later while living in the USA, I challenged myself to write two books in one year and subsequently in 2018 published three books within two years.
My first real job was working as a cashier in our family business, and then as a retail store manager when I was just 13 years old.
I learned first hand how critical it was to lead people, understand financial systems, build a loyal customer base, negotiate with clients, market, and sell products as a business owner.
I watched too how challenging it was for our family to keep the business operational. For this reason, I made it my goal to learn everything there is to know about business, so I could help women entrepreneurs like you learn the business and leadership skills needed to lead in today's world.
Along the journey, I gained experience in strategic leadership development, marketing & communication, self publishing, project management, operations, public speaking and international relations having completed over two decades of corporate work for financial institutions, an international oil company, FMGC, government and non-profit organisations.

Having studied business, marketing, communication, economic development and psychology, and having worked in corporate for over two decades, my work would help you apply business principles and strategic leadership growth strategies to grow your personal brand and advance your career.
As someone with multiple callings (having also written a book on spiritual growth), I understand how interconnected our self-worth, leadership growth and business strategies are with our personal brand.

In 2018 Slindile wrote and self published her first personal development book. That book changed her life and helped her step into her divine purpose and calling, which eventually opened doors to speaking engagements. Those speaking opportunities helped her gain visibility and coaching clients as well as develop research to write and self-publish two (2) more books back to back.
As an Author of four (4) books so far, Slindile's passion is in teaching women led businesses and emerging young female coaches like you how to craft your unique message, re-create your personal brand, re-position your coaching business and overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of achieving your dreams.
Through her company PearlAccess Intl. Ltd, Slindile hosts entrepreneurial development workshops, group coaching programs, and leadership training workshops to educate, empower, and inspire women in business, and SMME's to define their personal brand identity, monetise and package their expertise in a book, as well as maximize their potential so they gain business confidence and impact more lives.
Slindile is also the CEO and Founder of PearlAccess Intl. Ltd, which is 100% black owned and woman operated coaching and business consulting company birthed from her middle name Pearl. Slindile's mission is to help women entrepreneurs, women coaches and consultants believe in their greatness, value their self-worth, and grow their personal brands through book coaching, personal brand coaching, leadership consulting and strategic leadership development.
