As the Founder and CEO of PearlAccess Intl. Ltd, a 100% black women-owned global business coaching and consulting company, I have spent over a decade working at the intersection of leadership identity, business strategy, and transformational change - equipping entrepreneurs, executives, and organisations across Africa and internationally with frameworks, clarity, and capability required to lead at their highest level.

THE AUTHOR
I have authored and published four books successfully including my most recent and most definitive work, Coaching Leaders for Impact, which took me two years to write. Why...well I wrote it while life happened and got to publish it just in time for my dad to celebrate it with me before he passed in 2024.
It is the book which has positioned me as a credible authority on what it actually takes to develop leaders who produce measurable, sustained results.
The book is about leadership. But it is also about what it means to persist, to do the work, to write the thing that needs to be written even when life is asking you to stop. It is the most complete expression of what I believe about leadership and what I bring to every person I coach: that your greatest contribution to the world is not made in spite of your struggles, but through them.
Self-worth is the foundation of every business outcome she has ever seen a client achieve. Leaders who know their value price their services at the level they deserve. Leaders who own their identity walk into rooms without apology.

BUSINESS STRATEGIST
She began her career at Standard Bank of South Africa, where she was selected for the bank's accelerated management development programme fresh out of her BCom studies at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. From there, she moved through progressively senior roles in public relations, sales, franchise operations, and retail management, building the commercial acumen and client relationship expertise that would define the next three decades of her career.
In 2005, she was appointed Executive Assistant to the President of South African Tourism in New York City, representing South Africa's economic and tourism interests to American government and private sector stakeholders at the highest levels of international business. While based in the United States, she also delivered strategic consulting work for the offices of Mayor Bloomberg and for National Geographic, building an international business development capability that spans three continents.
Upon returning to South Africa, she consulted as Marketing and Communications Manager for the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry, leading brand strategy, stakeholder communications, media relations, and editorial management for one of KwaZulu-Natal's most prominent business membership organisations, after founding PearlAccess Intl. Ltd in 2015.

MY STORY
I was born into a family of entrepreneurs. My first real job was working as a cashier in our family business, and as a retail store manager when I was just 13 years old.
I learned first-hand how critical it was to lead people effectively, understand financial and operational systems, build a loyal customer base, negotiate with clients, market strategically, and sell products as a business owner. I watched how challenging it was for our family to keep the business operational. For this reason, I made it my goal to learn everything there is to know about business and leadership so I can help business owners and executives like you understand the business and leadership skills needed to lead intelligently in today's world.
I've drawn on my cultural heritage, extensive pan-African business experience, international travel, and personal journey as a business coach for women CEO's and women leaders to deliver engagements that are both intellectually compelling, insightful and deeply human.
As a visionary business strategist, I've built my authority in the most credible way I know how- by doing the work, documenting insights, sharing the frameworks, and showing up consistently as a voice for leadership development for women executives.
Based in Durban, South Africa, I am honoured to work with high-growth entrepreneurs, corporate executives and women leaders across Africa and internationally.
